Key Offerings

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Pitch feature/spotlight stories to media
• Create and maintain email/website/social media presence and content
• Secure and maintain ad placement/listings in appropriate media
• Maintain detailed promotion plan files and provide artists with process updates
• Help build community awareness of Arts individuals/programs
• Work with artists to develop leads on appropriate venues for presentation/performance

MEDIA DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION

• Develop effective electronic and social media plans appropriate to each client's needs
• Create/Oversee production of media materials relative to artists' promotional plans (press kits, website, mailings, social media)
• Recommend and collaborate with area designers, printers and photographers to provide materials for artists; in some cases, we can create/produce materials in-house

SPECIAL EVENT/PROGRAM PLANNING

• Plan/Oversee small-scale special events related to opening/closing night performances, gallery debuts, special holiday events/milestone celebrations, etc.
• Recommend and collaborate with area caterers, party suppliers and rental services to complete event details; in some cases, we can cater event in-house.
